We work exclusively in the commercial sector and manage projects from initial design through to final handover, coordinating all trades involved in the fit-out process.
We are based at No. 49, Thanisandra Main Road, Bengaluru – 560077. The majority of our projects are located within Bengaluru and the Bengaluru Metropolitan Area.

No. HN Enterprises works exclusively in the commercial sector. Our team, processes and supply chain are built for commercial projects — offices, retail showrooms, warehouses and similar business spaces.

We are an established commercial interior fit-out company in Bengaluru with a proven track record across multiple project types. Our team has delivered projects for recognised companies including DealShare, Tata 1mg and Atulya Consultancy Services, among others.
We work across five types of commercial interior projects:
A turnkey project means we take responsibility for the complete interior fit-out from start to finish. This includes space planning and design, civil works, electrical, HVAC, furniture, finishes and final handover — with a single point of accountability throughout.
You hand us the keys to an empty space and we hand them back once the fit-out is complete and ready for occupation. This model reduces coordination effort for the client significantly.
We handle both. We can take on the full scope — design and execution — or work as the execution partner for clients who already have their own architect or interior designer in place.
If you are bringing your own design, please share the drawings and specifications at the time of enquiry so we can provide an accurate proposal.
Yes. We regularly work alongside client-appointed architects and designers, acting as the execution contractor responsible for on-site delivery. In this model, your design team leads the creative brief and we take responsibility for translating it into the built environment accurately and on schedule.
Yes. We coordinate all specialist trades involved in your fit-out, including civil and partitioning, electrical and data, HVAC and air conditioning, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring and furniture. You deal with us as a single point of contact rather than managing multiple contractors separately.

Each project is assigned a dedicated Site Supervisor who is present on site daily during execution. The Site Supervisor is your primary contact for day-to-day questions and coordinates all trades on site.
For larger projects, the Site Supervisor reports to a Project Manager who provides oversight and handles strategic decisions and escalations.
Yes. We have experience executing phased fit-outs for clients who need to continue operating during the project. This requires careful planning and communication to minimise disruption to your business operations.

After an initial discussion to understand your requirements, we will arrange a site visit and prepare a detailed proposal. We do not charge for initial consultations or site visits for commercial enquiries in Bengaluru.
To prepare an accurate proposal, we typically need:
If you do not have all of this at the time of enquiry, do not worry — we can gather the details during the site visit.
Our proposals include a detailed, itemised cost breakdown for the agreed scope of work. Within the agreed scope, we aim to hold to the quoted price.
If you request changes to the scope during the project, or if unforeseen site conditions arise that could not be identified at the time of proposal, these will be priced separately and presented to you for approval before work proceeds. We do not proceed with variations without written sign-off from the client.
Payment is structured as milestone-based instalments, typically in three stages:
The exact schedule and percentages are detailed in the Project Agreement, which you will receive before work begins. GST is applicable and will be shown separately in all invoices.

From there, we move to the site visit, proposal preparation and project agreement — all at a pace that works for your timeline.
